Founded in August of 2008, the company was founded on the principle of empowerment. A few years from college CEO & founder, Mitchel J. Backus shifted from soley working in the corporate world to integrating a position in the corporate world for businesses and brands to receive the proper assistance for further development. 

Starting off with simple case studies with friends and close colleagues these experiments spawned into to the development of what is now the portfolio of services that have assisted over 400 businesses and households across North America and other countries such as the UK, Nigeria, China, Ghana & Zimbabwe. These experiments honed in on the areas of bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, sales management, taxes, training, networking & business development.
